So, the Biden administration has now left untold thousands of full auot M4’s, M249’s, and M240’s for the barbaric Taliban (Aka “The Enemy”), but they have a problem with civilized law abiding American citizens owning AR15’s with things like short barrels, “braces”, bump stocks, and now, forced reset triggers. The ATF can not make up laws. Any law that needs to be past has to go through Congress.

So, any law that the ATF has made up is not legal and they can’t enforce illegal laws.
