So, the Biden administration has now left untold thousands of full auot M4’s, M249’s, and M240’s for the barbaric Taliban (Aka “The Enemy”), but they have a problem with civilized law abiding American citizens owning AR15’s with things like short barrels, “braces”, bump stocks, and now, forced reset triggers. I call treason. Since when do we allow our government to arm our enemies better then we are allowed to arm ourselves? YOU MIGHT WANT TO ADD IN YOUR SUIT THAT WE ARE ASKING FOR THE ABOLISHMENT OF THE ATF AND THE NFA AS WELL AS A COURT RULING BLOCKING THE DOJ FROM INFRINGING ANY FURTHER ON THE 2ND AMMENDMENT!

The ATF can not make up laws. Any law that needs to be past has to go through Congress.

So, any law that the ATF has made up is not legal and they can’t enforce illegal laws.
