A plethora of captured arms in those pictures. Agree that the only one looking like our military is the picture with the black rifles racked on the wall.

Vehicles etc. could be parted out over time if they have capable mechanics to accomplish the task and they weren’t disabled prior to our departure. Fuel is an issue for all the motorized machines. Wouldn’t expect any trained pilots around and disabling would apply here also.

The whole thing is a mess.

Jay, I agree. I see a lot of AK’s and RPD’s, which are old ComBloc weapons.
I can’t in the pic with the M24, see what’s in the racks behind the goat shagger to tell what they are..

Well, we have a couple of choices. 2 or 3 MOAB’s in the right place. First sign of military aircraft taking flight, blow them out of the air. Tactical air strike on previously held positions of high value. Or all of the previous.

I have no doubt the piles if weapons the us left. That doesn’t even show the tanks and many humvees or 5 tons left for the forces we trained. What I’ve heard is, even though the US may have trained “300,000 forces” they really only had a standing army of about 50,000. What kept the Taliban back was our Air Support if the ground forces. Once Biden pulled that back, without that support, there was no way for the Afghan Army to be successful.

I personally am more worried about what came out of the President’s mouth. That they supposedly trained 300,000 soldiers, and (THIS IS THE SCARIEST PART) they have an Airforce that we train and jets we left for them to fight the Afghanistan taliban, and they have them. If the Taliban uses those aircraft to attack any other country, that’s on us, plus if they gave them and air fuel tanker to refuel in flight, they could be hitting the USA HOMELAND.
